Final exams are given when you come in to pick up your certificate, after completion of the on-line program.

If you are an applicant for a Maryland drivers license you must complete the
3-hour alcohol and drug education program before you can receive your Maryland license if you...
1) Currently posses a driver's license from another country (Canada & Yukon Territory are excluded) -OR-
2) Have a license from the US Armed forces only
